Joanna Hughes is the first person to earn a Bachelor's degree in forensic art. Developed in close collaboration with the University of Tennessee's physical anthropology department, Joanna's individualized program demanded rigorous studies in anatomy, odontology, and osteology, along with coursework in life drawing and sculpture. Since graduating, Joanna has worked with several police departments, and she continues her work with the UT Anthropology department as both a forensic artist and guest lecturer.
